Concept Design
If a Client intends to realize a project, the very first design step is usually the Concept Design. Here CND has developed a systematic approach which results in an around 200 pages concept design booklet. In design workshops with the Client the input is transferred into detailed design concepts for all trades, including 3D renderings, MEP schematic drawings, sizing of equipment, predimensioning of structures, definition of material qualities, roombooks etc. A detailed concept design is important as a well defined base for the further steps such as detailed budget and the detailed design and avoids changes and budget uncertainties.
